Very niice!
I know this comment comes quite a while after the original post, but I was wondering if you know how to do a good trend line in a line graph with Xcelsius.
It would be a great help!

Hi Kaylan,

Unfortunately, you are not able to reach out from the custom number formatting dialog box and reference a cell. The criteria you use has to be hard-coded.

Great tip Michael.
I was wondering if we can give a cell reference for the Alert? For instance, can we reference a cell instead of entering 500 in the Custom Format Field?

Regards,

Nice!

Another tip I use to display coloured Y-Axis values when using the Fixed Label Size checkbox is to format the vertical Axis labels on the Appearance tab first, and change the number format to be Numeric and select negative values as Red in Perenthesis with the thousand separator. Then if you tick the Fixed Label Size checkbox, negative values keep the numeric formatting but have the K, M, B sufixes as well.

Regards
