Webinar Alert: When to use SAP BOE to connect your dashboard?

Sorry for the late notice…

If you are following us on Twitter or in our Linkedin.com group this is old news, but Ryan Goodman and myself have teamed up again to deliver another dynamic webinar!  For those who are unaware our first webinar together last year, THANKS TO YOU, it was rated #1 in 2008 in attendance.

Today, May 20th at 10am PST / 1pm EST,  we are doing the first of a 2 part series, this time strictly on connecting Xcelsius to the ‘BOE Live Data’ sources.  We will be covering,  how and when to use Live Office vs Query as a Web Service, and Ryan will touch on some of the new and old integration points in BOE with Xcelsius and Dashboard builder.

If you are in the BOE reporting world and has ever 1) connected an Xcelsius dashboard to Live Office or Query as a Web Service OR 2) you are considering doing so but don’t know where  to start or what’s the difference then this is for you.

FYI – we literally spent hours generating fresh material to ensure everything is up to date. This is not a PPT remake and we have never presented this material before. The recommendations provided are rock solid and based on years of experience.

Enough said… Join us at 10am PST / 1pm EST and do invite anyone who may benefit.  There is a 15 minute Q&A with Ryan and myself at the end.

Sing up here now! It starts very soon.

We’ll see you there!

  2. Ryan,
Just curious – why do you state that is best to use Excel 2007 with Live Office instead of Excel 2003?
    Thanks

  3. Ryan Goodman says:

This was a recommendation that I had received from BusinessObjects a while back, that only Office 2007 would allow you to leverage all Live Office functionality within the Xcelsius IDE.
